Acting as Design Director and Owner Representative, Mathias has served to elevate the spaces and experiences for the Cleveland Browns, Columbus Crew, and many other Haslam Sports Group facilities.

Mathias Collective is partnering with Flood, Bumstead, McCready and McCarthy to bring their Nashville headquarters at Wedgewood Houston to life. Serving as owner’s representative and interior designer, we align executive leadership, architects, engineers, and contractors around FBMM’s goals for performance and growth. Every decision, from infrastructure and circulation to amenity programming, is guided by how their team works day to day, creating an environment that strengthens collaboration, supports their people, and positions the firm for long term success.

Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman’s 9th-floor headquarters at Broadwest in Nashville is designed to support the firm’s leadership, client relationships, and long-term growth. Mathias Collective serves as owner’s representative and strategic liaison, aligning ownership, design teams, and contractors around the firm’s vision. Every architectural, furniture, and experiential decision is guided by GRF’s commitment to a refined, hospitality-driven environment that reflects their position and future trajectory.

The collaboration between Cooper Steel and Mathias Collective began with the design of the Cooper Steel Nashville Headquarters in 2020. Mathias Collective continues to work with the Cooper family on multiple projects throughout the Southeast to ensure brand continuity across all of their manufacturing facilities and corporate offices.
